When Pano Karatassos discovered he couldn’t find bread that lived up to his high standards for Buckhead Life’s first restaurant, Pano’s & Paul’s, he did what any visionary would do: he decided to bake it himself. Buckhead Bread Company was born out of a need for extraordinary bread to go with extraordinary meals. Pano’s deep respect for European-style baking resulted in an even deeper desire to carry on that tradition in Atlanta.
Buckhead Bread Company’s wholesale bakery is committed baking preservative-free, artisan breads, pastries, cookies and special desserts. From our famed walnut-raisin bread to traditional baguettes, every piece is baked on-site to our exacting standards. We are proud to provide breads and pastries for restaurants, cafes, and other institutions across the city including; hotels, caterers, and private label brands in addition to the restaurants of Buckhead Life.
