Lana Heim brings over 15 years of experience in the food & beverage industry. Ever since her first job at a bakery when she was 16 years old, she’s been captivated by good food. Originally from New York, Lana worked for the acclaimed grocery store, Wegmans, before attending Rochester Institute of Technology. From there she went on to work for 16 years as a print buyer for Kodak. Lana’s background in baking and design led her to Corner Cafe, where, as Lana puts it, the “bread is essentially art”. In fact, Lana is drawn to the artistry that takes place daily, and her favorite part of her job is being able to connect local chefs with fresh, delicious breads. As Lana says, “Good bread is hard to find. It’s nice to work with bakers who know exactly what they are doing.”
When she isn’t working, Lana enjoys going to concerts and exploring the food scene in Atlanta.
